  • 1/3 cup (6 tablespoons) balsamic vinegar 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, freshly pressed

  • 1 dash kosher salt 

  • 1 tablespoons mustard 

  • Juice of 2-3 fresh lemon wedges 

  • 1 tablespoons dried basil 

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 



  • Put all ingredients into a container and shake them. (The mustard is essential because it keeps the oil and vinegar from separating.)
