  • 6 white fish fillets

  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms 

  • 1 ounce lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 

  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs 

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground black pepper to taste



  • Preheat the oven to 350�F.

  • Clean and place the fish fillets into a large baking dish.

  • Place the sliced mushrooms and bread crumbs over the fillets evenly.

  • Pour the lemon juice and soy sauce over the fish. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper to desired taste.

  • Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
