  • 1 tablespoon canola oil 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar 

  • 4 egg whites 

  • 3 cups uncooked rolled oats 

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder 

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

  • 1 cup skim milk 



  • Combine the oil, applesauce, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients and milk, mixing well.

  • Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Add the oatmeal mixture and bake uncovered at 350�F for 30 minutes.
