  • 1 grapefruit

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 teaspoons shelled and finely chopped pistachios

  • Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Cut the grapefruit in half. To keep the grapefruit halves from rolling around, use a knife to cut a thin slice from the bottom. Be careful not to expose the grapefruit flesh.

  • Using a paring knife, separate grapefruit segments. This is optional and can be done by running the knife between the inner flesh and the white pith located between the flesh and rind.

  • Place both grapefruit halves on a baking sheet.

  • Top both with the honey and pistachios.

  • Bake for 15 minutes.
