In large pot with boiling water, cook the pasta. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water and let it drain again.
Place the pasta in a large salad bowl, add the broccoli and the next 3 ingredients, and toss well.
In a small bowl or jar with lid, combine the soy sauce and the remaining 6 ingredients. Whisk together or cover tightly, then shake vigorously.
Pour the mixture over pasta and toss gently.
