Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce 

  • 1/2 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter 

  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 

  • 1/4 cup honey 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced peeled

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil 

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper 

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder 

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

 

Directions

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl and use to top meats, as well as udon or soba noodles.
