Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrot 

  • 3 (medium) unpared and diced apples 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

  • 1/2 cup raisins 

  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise 

 

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve on salad greens.
