    Susan G. Komen® is honored to benefit from Rally for the Cure®, presented by Condé Nast Publications. Rally for the Cure’s primary goal is to support Komen's commitment to awareness as the first step in eliminating breast cancer. Since its inception in 1996, Rally has reached more than 2 million participants and has raised more than $70 million for Komen.

    Rally for the Cure is a grassroots program designed to spread awareness about breast health and breast cancer through volunteered organized golf, tennis and social events. In partnership with Condé Nast Publications, Rally empowers people to support the mission of Susan G. Komen for the Cure by spreading awareness in their community through an activity they are passionate about. Volunteer Ambassadors host and plan the events locally. A registration fee of $20 per person enables participants to participate in a contest for a chance to win a grand prize. Example contest include a closest-to-the-pin challenge for golf events and a round robin tournament for tennis events. In addition, each registered participant receives event favors, important breast health information from Komen, as well as a one-year subscription to select Condé Nast magazines such as, Golf Digest, SELF, Bon Appétit and Condé Nast Traveler. One hundred percent of the extra dollars raised at Rally events (above and beyond the $20 Rally registration fee) goes directly to Komen.

    Condé Nast Publications is a National Race for the Cure Series Sponsor through SELF Magazine. Online registrants at participating Races receive a 1 year subscription to SELF or GQ Magazine.

    SELF has also created a 30 Day Race Challenge that helps participants prepare for the Race by offering tips on training, fundraising and other breast health information. Tips are sent daily, beginning 4 weeks before your Race date.
