> Annual Conference for Women Living with Metastatic Breast Cancer (METS)
The topic for LBBC’s Annual Conference for Women Living with Metastatic Breast Cancer is “Enhancing Your Health and Quality of Life.”
Hosted by Living Beyond Breast Cancer, this important meeting supports women living with metastatic disease by bringing attendees the most up-to-date information, support and practical resources to help people live well with stage IV breast cancer.
With more than 10 workshops, this event provides powerful tools for understanding, gaining perspective and making positive decisions. During breaks and receptions, browse exhibit tables while networking with other women, presenters, caregivers and healthcare providers.
The conference will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, April 28-Sunday, April 29, 2012.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure proudly partners with LBBC, providing funds for travel grants so that the women who would most benefit from the conference are able to attend. Applications for these grants will be accepted by LBBC through April 13, 2012.
