Susan G. Komen is proud to partner with World Wrestling Entertainment this Mother’s Day by encouraging fans and supporters to Make Mom Proud by doing something meaningful in the fight against breast cancer. Superstars and Divas from WWE will encourage fans to either Participate in a Race for the Cure event, Educate themselves or a loved one to know their risk and to get screened, or to Donate so that future generations can live in a world without breast cancer.
WWE and their Superstars will help raise awareness among their millions of fans through special messaging to increase awareness of breast cancer during TV broadcasts, Live Events, online and through social media.

October 2012 — Rise Above Cancer and John Cena Ring Gear
Last fall, John Cena premiered special edition ring gear, co-branded with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, at the Night of Championsevent on Sept. 16, 2012. John wore this ring gear at all WWE events throughout the month of October.
WWE fans, including Cenation, purchased the special edition WWE John Cena merchandise at wweshop.com or at all WWE Live events from Sept. 16 to Dec. 31, 2012. WWE donated at least 30 percent of the sales of the special edition WWE John Cena merchandise to Susan G. Komen for the Cure in support of breast cancer research and community outreach programs.
