 Susan G. Komen for the Cure is pleased to continue its partnership with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. From April 14, 2011 through May 31, 2011 and during October of 2011, Lowe’s invites customers to Plant for the Cure® to help raise funds for the breast cancer movement during their annual fundraiser for Susan G. Komen. Through the Plant for the Cure® program Lowe’s and participating vendors will donate 10 percent of the retail sales price of select flowering plants during the program period (bearing the Plant for the Cure® tag) to Komen for the Cure with a minimum guaranteed donation of $750,000.
