    2017 marks Ford Motor Company’s 23nd year in the fight against breast cancer and as a National Series Sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. To date, Ford has dedicated more than $133 million to the cause. From raising funds through the Warriors in Pink apparel, to raising awareness through unique media content, to giving breast cancer patients and survivors more good days – Ford Warriors in Pink is always looking for ways to help people go further.

    Ford has partnered with various celebrities to help increase reach and awareness for the cause. Previous partnerships included Andy Grammer, Jennifer Aniston, Martha Stewart, James Denton and Gilles Marini. In 2014, stars from the popular network TV series such as Mom, The Amazing Race, NCIS and Elementary promoted Warriors in Pink to encourage the sales of the Warriors in Pink wear and gear, with 100 percent of the net proceeds going to the cause.

    Ford further supports the Komen mission by implementing a national media campaign to connect with women 365 days a year. Ford embraces the power behind celebrities and genuine television partnerships to bring greater awareness to the cause. Warriors recently joined forces with Hallmark Channel’s Cedar Cove and the men and women of CBS primetime shows to help in the fight against breast cancer.



    Warriors in Pink

    Warriors in Pink Apparel:

    The Warriors in Pink initiative is designed to complement Ford’s sponsorship of the Race for the Cure. As such, the Warriors in Pink apparel collection features bold symbols that embody the Warrior credo of taking charge, living out loud, harnessing power and standing together. From December 31, 2016, Ford will donate a minimum of $150,000 to Susan G. Komen through this program. The actual per product donation amount is available online at www.fordcares.com. Susan G. Komen is one of four breast cancer charities that consumers can select at the time of purchase to receive this donation. 

    Ford Warriors in Pink Works to give breast cancer patients More Good Days:

    All breast cancer patients can use more good days. So this year, Ford Warriors in Pink created The Good Day Project to offer tips, tools and ideas that help give breast cancer patients, survivors and co survivors more good days.
