    • 1 apple, cored

    • 1 cup dates

    • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

    • 1/4 cup almonds

    • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

    • 1/4 cup oat bran

    • 1/4 cup protein powder

    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg



    • Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until they reach the desired texture. Blend for a shorter time to make crunchier bars, and blend longer for smoother-tasting bars.

    • Spread the mixture evenly on wax paper and use a rolling pin to press into the desired thickness. Cut into 12 bars.
