    • 1 cup whole grain oatmeal
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
    • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
    • ½ cup raspberries, frozen
    • 1 ½ cups milk


    Add the oatmeal to the milk and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add the blueberries, raspberries, and cocoa powder on top. Serve.
