Ford Division
2009 marks the 15th year that Susan G. Komen for the Cure has partnered with Ford Division.
As a National Series Sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Ford is the exclusive automobile manufacturer of the Race and a valued corporate partner. In association with its dealers and associates Ford has contributed more than $100 million in cash and in-kind donations for breast cancer education and research since 1995.

Advantage Plan:
From April 21 to December 31, 2009 Ford will donate $20 for each Ford, Mercury or Lincoln vehicle test driven at a Ford dealership – up to $1 million. In addition, many Ford dealerships are donating an additional $20 per test drive, up to $1,000. Participants are asked to present a test drive certificate available for download at fordcares.com and at Race for the Cure events across the country during the promotion. Following the test drives, participants are asked to enter the certificate number and dealer code online at fordcares.com to generate the donation.
Warriors in Pink:
Also available on fordcares.com, Ford’s signature line of apparel and accessories dedicated to the fight against breast cancer. Launched in 2003, the Warriors in Pink initiative is designed to complement Ford’s sponsorship of the Race for the Cure. As such, the Warriors in Pink apparel collection features bold symbols that embody the Warrior credo of taking charge, living out loud, harnessing power and standing together. One hundred percent of the net proceeds* from the sale of each Warriors in Pink item benefits Komen. For more information about donation amounts per product please visit www.fordcares.com.
