Susan G. Komen is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. Starting in April 2013 and running through March 2014, Sally Beauty has donated to Komen an amount equal to 5% of its sales price of specially marked products, and along with consumer donations, is guaranteeing an aggregate minimum donation of $1,000,000. All of Sally Beauty Holdings’ U.S. based operating units will be participating in the Komen program, and the company will support the breast cancer cause through various events and promotions throughout the year.

Consumers can get involved year round by placing donations in canisters by the registers in more than 2,500 Sally Beauty Supply stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. During May, September and October, specially marked pink products will also be available at Sally, CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall stores. During the campaign, the company will be featuring news and updates on the Komen program on the Sally Beauty Supply blog “Eye for Beauty” at www.sallybeautyblog.com     

Beauty Systems Group LLC, along with its CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall stores, will also be providing support through their network of stores, sales consultants and salons.

Sally Beauty Holdings is proud to support the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure Series. Sally Beauty has formed a National Race Team to further their partnership with Komen. They are offering their employees in the US and Puerto Rico a way to take action in the fight against breast cancer at Races across the country.
