View our newly updated videos on our Breast Cancer: Your Guide to Breast Self-Awareness DVD highlighting the four key messages of breast self-awareness: know your risk of breast cancer, get screened, know what is normal for you and make healthy lifestyle choices. There are specific action items associated with each message to help you take charge of your health. Illustrations that represent the eight warning signs of breast cancer that should be reported to a health care provider are included. These messages can be used to increase awareness and empower people to take action. These videos also recap the history of Susan G. Komen and the impact Komen has made since its inception. News for the Cure™
Our news-style videos (each run between 1:30 to 2:30 minutes in length) were developed to address a variety of breast cancer topics and to educate you with accurate breast health news and information. The videos will cover topics ranging from people who have become empowered to manage their breast cancer and have survived, as well as those who fought bravely but lost the battle. The videos also show doctors working to ensure quality care for all, as well as energized researchers tirelessly working to find cures.
