Basic Function
As a people-centric, high functioning, progressive organization, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southern Arizona Affiliate in Tucson is committed to fulfilling the organization’s vision of a world without breast cancer. The governing Board of Directors is seeking a new Executive Director to continue its transformation and drive the operational initiatives and elements that support the board’s mission-driven strategic plan. As a highly evolved and nationally recognized affiliate of the organization, we follow gold standards and best practices in the non-profit industry, led in strong partnership by the Executive Director and governing board.
The successful director maintains effective and synergistic relationships, is a facilitative coalition builder and has the ability to drive transformational change. Salary range $60,000 to $75,000. Health (includes vision and dental), retirement and vacation benefits provided.
