The IT Support Manager at Komen is responsible for the shared services help desk, data analysis, and quality assurance functions. Includes:
Position Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing teams in a technical support / customer service environment.
Experience establishing help desk policies and procedures for migrating to an efficient structured environment.
Well versed with the latest network and desktop operating systems, remote management / monitoring, and help desk software.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytic and problems solving skills are accentual.
Candidate will ideally come from a Big 4 consulting background with solid customer service experience.
Experience implementing data stewardship, quality assurance, and help desk programs.
Experience supporting and/or knowledge of Peoplesoft, Convio, Salesforce.com, or any non-profit systems would be considered beneficial.
Less than 5% travel is required.
