Basic Function
Provides administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller, and the Finance Department, as needed. Duties include but are not limited to: coordinating calendars to schedule meetings/activities, preparing correspondence, compiling reports and creating/maintaining spreadsheets.
Position Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 - 8 years of administrative experience supporting members of executive management team. Strong spreadsheet creation experience including formulas and links a must. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work independently, identify priorities and obtain solutions.
Preferred:
Minimum requirements and 10 + years of administrative experience with demonstrated writing skills and strong customer service skills.
