Place the nuts on an oven safe pan and roast at 350ï¿½F, until light brown.
Allow the nuts to cool. In a food processer, add the nuts, canola oil, and salt, and process until the nuts are pulverized and the nut butter forms. Process for a few minutes longer for a very smooth texture.
Remove the nut butter from the food processor, add to a sterile glass container, and refrigerate.
