    Program Information

Bowl for the Cure is a year-round fundraising and breast cancer awareness initiative sponsored by the United States Bowling Congress.

Since Bowl for the Cure's Inception in 2000, people from across the country have hit the lanes to raise over $10,000,000 for breast cancer research and awareness.

    Fabulous Four Essay Contest

USBC will honor four women who have been affected by Breast Cancer with the opportunity to win a trip to Dallas to tour the Komen Headquarters, to the USBC Hall of Fame and Elite Bowling Training Facilities and then to Reno, NV to participate in the USBC Women’s Championship Tournament in April. Winners will be selected based on essay submissions in which they tell the story of how breast cancer has impacted their lives and what they are doing to help raise awareness in their community. Eligible essays will be voted on by a panel of judges from USBC and Komen. Submission will be accepted from January 22, 2014 to February 21, 2014. Winners will be announced on February 28, 2014.
