Kimberly Simpson Earle - Chief Operating Officer Kimberly Simpson Earle joined Susan G. Komen for the Cure in April 2007. Beginning her career with Komen for the Cure as vice president and general counsel as well as secretary of the board of directors, her principal responsibility was to manage the legal affairs of the organization as well as the organization’s internal audit and risk management groups. She quickly moved into the role of chief operating officer, and in addition to her original responsibilities, now leads the network of more than 120 Komen Affiliates across the United States. She also has responsibility for the organization’s human resources, information technology, and internal communications functions, and is the secretary and member of the board of directors of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Advocacy Alliance.

Mark E. Nadolny - Chief Financial Officer As chief financial officer for Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Mark E. Nadolny is responsible for all financial matters affecting the world’s largest breast cancer organization. Since inception, Komen for the Cure has invested more than $1.3 billion, making it the world’s largest source of private funds for breast cancer research and community programs involving awareness, education, screening, treatment and direct services for breast cancer.

Katrina McGhee - Vice President of Global Partnerships As vice president of global partnerships for Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Katrina McGhee oversees the organization’s cause marketing programs and corporate sponsorships in addition to leading and developing global efforts to engage new audiences with the organization. She provides strategic direction for more than 200 corporate relationships currently in the Komen for the Cure portfolio and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others by serving as a speaker for national organizations such as the Promotions Marketing Association, Cause Marketing Forum and the Event and Arena Marketers Association.

Diana Rowden - Vice President, Affiliate Network As vice president of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®’s Affiliate Network, Diana Rowden brings breadth and depth to Affiliate leadership, having served in a variety of leadership roles at Komen for the Cure for more than 15 years. Previously, Rowden led Komen’s extensive health sciences division as vice president, overseeing the organization’s research grant strategy, community health outreach and education. She worked closely with the chief scientific advisor, Dr. Eric Winer, and Komen’s Scientific Advisory Board to examine medical and public health policy.

Jennifer M. Luray - Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy As vice president of government affairs and public policy for Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and president of our sister organization, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Advocacy Alliance, Jennifer Luray is the leader of Komen for the Cure’s Washington, D.C. office, and serves as the organization’s top liaison to the White House, Capitol Hill, and key policymakers on domestic and global health issues. Under her leadership, the 501c4 Komen Advocacy Alliance advocates at all levels of government for increased funding for research and access to potentially life-saving screening and treatment programs.

Susan Carter Johns - Vice President and Chief of Staff As vice president and chief of staff at Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Susan Carter Johns focuses on organizational effectiveness. Serving as executive champion and steward of Komen’s culture, she works closely with the human resources and internal communications teams, as well as manages the development function of the world’s largest private funder of breast cancer research outside of the U.S. government. She also serves as chief advisor to the president and CEO Hala Moddelmog, and as primary liaison to Komen’s founding chair, Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker.

Thompson works closely with Komen’s chief scientific advisor, Dr. Eric Winer, and the organization’s Scientific Advisory Board. Nancy Macgregor - Managing Director, Affiliate Strategy and Planning Nancy Macgregor has been with Susan G. Komen for the Cure® for much of its history. As managing director, affiliate strategy and planning, Macgregor collaborates with other Komen leadership members to develop, implement and evaluate strategies to build and sustain the capacity of the Komen Affiliate Network, which includes more than 120 Affiliates in the U.S. and three globally. Macgregor guides development and evaluation of pilot projects, benchmarks, standards of excellence and supporting resources to build and sustain the Affiliates’ capacity to fulfill Komen’s promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever. She also plays a key role in connecting Komen for the Cure’s U.S. Affiliate strategy to its international Affiliate strategy.
